QUALIFICATIONS:

• Desire experienced role-player with multimode field training experience in both urban and rural environments
• Desire experience working in DoD special operations or Intelligence community training environments

1. Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance (Sponsor provided) to be considered for this Program.**
2. Must be 18 years of age or older and already be a United States citizen
3. Must reside within 1 1/2 hour commute distance to the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
4. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
5. Must be available 12 business days per month from 7AM-10PM and commit to the program for at least one full calendar year
6. Must meet the physical requirements and be prepared for extensive walking and standing for extended periods of time.
7. Pass a yearly physical fitness examination administered by a state-licensed physician
8. Must maintain automobile insurance on a personal vehicle with the following minimum coverages while supporting the Program: Liability Auto Insurance policy, to include Bodily Injury Coverage up to $500,000 per accident and Personal Property Damage coverage of up to $20,000
9. Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License in good standing
10. Must be able to take directions from others
11. Must have the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stressful situations
