Review Qualifications

1. Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance (Sponsor provided) to be considered for this Program.**
2. Must be 18 years of age or older
3. Must be local within the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
4. Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
5. Must meet the physical requirements and be prepared for extensive walking, jogging and standing for extended periods of time.
6. Pass a yearly physical fitness examination administered by a state-licensed physician
7. Must have a personal vehicle in good working order, and have a Liability Auto Insurance policy, to include Bodily Injury Coverage up to $500,000 per accident
8. Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License in good standing
9. Must be able to take directions from others
10. Must have the ability to maintain poise and self-control under stressful situations

DESIRED ROLE PLAYER QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience as role player supporting field training exercises in both urban and rural environments.
2. Experience working in DoD special operations or Intelligence community training environment highly desired.
